FOOD DAY POLICY AND MENU
Orders are placed for only those lunches that have been pre-ordered and paid for during registration. NO EXTRA LUNCHES are available on Food Days. Volunteers cannot give a lunch to children who are not on the food day list due to possible food allergies as well as a shortage of food for those families who pre-ordered. If a child comes to school without a lunch, the lunchroom teachers will direct the child to the school office where the school staff will facilitate getting the child a lunch. Please note that once your order is placed it cannot be changed. NO REFUNDS or credits will be issued except for emergency school days or absence due to school sponsored field trips only (See below). Before ordering, please check your personal calendars to make sure you do not order food days during personal vacations, holidays, etc. We cannot accept orders after registration closes. Exceptions are only made for new families joining the school after registration ends. If you are new to the school and wish to sign up for food days after registration, please contact the Food Day Committee at: email@example.com.
To avoid confusion on when your child has a food day, look up or print your food day order. This is a great way to make sure both you and your child are aware when they will be receiving a lunch. You can log into this web site any time after you register to check your child's food day order. Remember, there will be no extra lunches available if your child did not pre-order food days.
